CHILD POLICY:
Child under 24month years old who do not need any arrangements: gratis
Child no bed : 50% of adult rate (3 to 6 years old)
Child with extra bed : 100% of adult rate (7 to 11 years old)
Child 12 years old is considered as an adult
Child’s date of birth (or age) will be informed to JET 5 days prior arrival date.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Kindly be informed we request full payment as per our payment policy as under.
Deposit (30 %) = at the time of booking, (40% – 30days before arrival)
Balance of payment (20 %) = 15 days before arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY & RATE:
In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by JET 25 days prior to arrival date.
If notice of cancellation is received 25days or more days prior to the arrival date : No Charge
If notice of cancellation is received 24days to 14days prior to the arrival date : 70% of the tour fare
If notice of cancellation is received 13days to 1days prior to the arrival date : 100% of the tour fare
REMARKS:
* We are not holding any booking of the captioned tour.
* Changes may apply to the itinerary depending on weather, traffic and any other conditions.
* Tour fare may change depending on availability of hotel & coach etc.
*Full Payment is required prior to the date before arrival.
*Services are provided FOC for one tour leaders with it mentioned on the itinerary.
*FOC for the tour leader is single use basis.
* Coach & guide usage must be maximum 10 hrs. per day strictly (between 08:00-22:00).
(Extra hours for coach & guide will be on advance booking and subject to availability
