CANCELLATION POLICY

• If notice of cancellation is received 7days to 2days prior to the arrival date : 30% of the tour fare
• If notice of cancellation is received 1day prior to the arrival date : 40% of the tour fare
• If notice of cancellation is received prior to the starting time of the tour : 50% of the tour fare
• If notice of cancellation is received after day of departure or No-Show : 100% of the tour fare
